Locker beef for fall 2024 is officially for sale. I have attached a flyer with all the relevant information and an updated flyer for the USDA processed beef I have for sale right now (updated availability and a few price changes). Notable changes are quarters are available again this year, and animals will be processed by Steve’s Custom Meat Processing in Crabtree. I am likely not going to have beef by the cut for sale again next year. Remember that orders for locker beef placed by September 10th will get a 5% discount, and please feel free to share this email with anyone you think might be interested!
