USDA Beef by the Cut

Local grass fed and finished, frozen Dexer beef. USDA certified and processed and packaged by Mohawk Valley Meats. Please note that Dexters are a small breed of cow and as such the cuts are anywhere from three quarters to one half the size you will find in a grocery store.

Hamburger is in one pound packages but everything else will be in odd sized packages (steaks are packaged two per package, most average between 1lbs to 1.5lb), and most roasts are around 4lbs so give an order with the approximate amount you want of a cut and I will try and arrange it for you. Address is 1640 Nebergall Loop Albany, make arrangements ahead of time so I can have the meat ready when you come.
